At present time, due to Brexit, there are delays on delivery of parcels travelling from UK to EU. Please allow few extra days for delivery.

Dispatch Time:

All orders placed before 11:00am dispatched on the following working day, unless otherwise notified.

Please note that orders over £600 will usually be delivered on a pallet may take slightly longer.  

Orders are dispatched with DPD Next Day Delivery service. DPD provides you with an estimated 1 hour time slot for delivery. No more waiting around all day for a driver to arrive!

If some of your order is not in stock we may contact you to update on delivery status or products suggestion we can make.

In case if there an issue with your order we will try to contact you by phone and/or email. If we will not be able to get hold of you then we will attempt to resolve the issue our self and it may result in delay of your order.

Undelivered Orders :

If no one is available to sign for your delivery, there will be another two delivery attempts during the next working days. There is usually a card left to notify you that it was unsuccessful attempt to deliver your order.

Undelivered orders will be returned to us, for example, if the address is inaccurate, there is no one at the address or there is no one to sign for the order. Before being resent or refunded, orders that are returned as undelivered will be charged at the outbound cost. There will be an extra shipping charge if orders are to be resend.

Arranging Your Own Delivery:

You can have your order picked up by your preferred freight forwarders, or we can send it to your UK freight forwarders.

To Qualify For Zero UK VAT:

You must present verifiable documentation of export within 30 days of receiving your order, demonstrating that the items have departed the UK. You will still be responsible for paying the import duty, taxes, and VAT at the destination.
